Water Based Flexographic Inks

Quimovil S.A offers water-based flexographic inks for different substrates: Corrugated board, coated corrugated board, gift wrapping paper, paper envelope, polyethylene films, polypropylene films, ... VOC's free inks (less than 1%) in agreement with environmental laws.

Corrugated board

Glossy, silky and mat inks for kraft, testliner and coated corrugated board. Fast speed dryness, high rub resistance, antislipping when required, ... High pigment concentration, high quality process colours for last generation flexographic presses (Masterflex)

Glossy, silky, mat, antislipping and water resistant varnishes. High rub properties varnishes which allow on-line die- cutting. High gloss UV varnishes.

Metallic pigment made inks (gold, silver) with high coverage power and glitter finish for high quality or phantasy works.

Paper sacks (cement, seed, flour, ...)

Fast dryness, good balance between antislipping and rub resistance.

Paper bags and gift bags

Fast dryness, silky inks for coated and kraft ribbed papers.

Protective OPV varnishes. Glossy OPV varnishes.

Metallic pigment made inks (gold, silver) with high coverage power and glitter finish for high quality or phantasy works.

Paper envelopes

Low VOC's (volatile organic compounds) and very fast running speed inks.

Food papers

Food indirect contact, fast dryness and parafine resistant inks.

Labels - Narrow WEB

High gloss and high resistence inks. Thermoresistant inks. Invisible Inks. Water based and UV cured overprint varnishes.

Polyethylene and Polypropylene films

Water based inks, very low VOC's content, good adhesion, fast dryness and glossy and silky finish.

Gift papers

Fast dryness, good rub resistance and low curling effect inks.

UV Flexographic inks

Process and flat colour inks, overprint varnishes for printing high quality labels.
